Key Responsibilities
*Manage claims from initial notification through to final settlement.
*Collaborate effectively with insurers, adjusters, and policyholders to ensure smooth claims processes.
*Deliver a high standard of service to commercial clients.
*Support a specialist claims team, contributing to the firm’s growth and success.
*Handle multiple claims simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Skills & Experience
*Strong communication and negotiation abilities
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills
*Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
*Previous claims experience is advantageous
