About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Law Solicitor to join our client’s dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of family law matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
*Advise and represent clients on all aspects of family law, including:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial settlements
*Child arrangements and custody
*Domestic abuse cases
*Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

*Manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively.
*Draft legal documents, agreements, and court applications.
*Conduct negotiations and attend court hearings where necessary.
*Maintain excellent client care and communication throughout the process.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Essential Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
*Minimum 0-4 years’ experience in family law.
*Strong knowledge of UK family law and related legislation.
*Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
*Ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
*Experience with mediation or collaborative law.
*Membership of Resolution or similar professional body.
*Familiarity with legal aid processes.
