Job Description:
Finance Manager
A leading global technology and digital innovation organisation, supporting a major international industrial group, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its European team based in Crawley.
This is a senior finance role reporting directly to the European leadership team, offering strong exposure to strategic decision-making and responsibility for overseeing financial operations across multiple European entities.
The position is ideal for a qualified finance professional looking to take ownership of financial reporting, planning and compliance within a complex international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee day-to-day financial operations including billing, accounts payable, payroll oversight and reconciliations
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Lead financial planning activities including forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling
*Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic business decisions
*Manage statutory accounts preparation and external audit processes
*Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and financial regulations
*Oversee tax and VAT reporting for UK and European entities
*Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital management
*Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, internal controls and governance
Requirements
*7–10 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles
*Professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent accounting degree
*Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
*Experience working within large or complex organisations
*Strong analytical, organisational and leadership skills
*Ability to work closely with senior leadership and provide strategic financial insight
Desirable
*Experience with statutory reporting and audit management
*Exposure to tax and regulatory compliance
*Experience managing financial systems and internal controls
*Korean language skills are highly advantageous, as the role involves collaboration with the organisation’s headquarters in Seoul
