We’re delighted to be supporting a highly acquisitive, growing organisation in search for a newly created Payroll Officer role. Here, you’ll build your technical skills and play a key role in improving processes and accuracy.

We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven Payroll Officer who enjoys variety, ownership and getting things right first time.
What You’ll Do*Run monthly payroll checks, validations and reconciliations
*Review outputs from an outsourced payroll provider
*Process SMP, pensions and contractual changes
*Support bonus data, headcount and wider Reward activity
*Handle payroll queries and spot opportunities to improve processes
What You’ll Need*Solid, hands-on payroll experience
*Comfortable managing multiple payrolls
*Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data checks)
*Accurate, organised and confident with numbers
*Proactive, personable and able to prioritise effectively
Nice to Have*Experience with Cascade
*Exposure to Reward or bonus cycles
*Previous experience in a growing or complex organisation
