Area Retail Sales Manager
  • Scotland,Glasgow City
  • Full Time, Permanent
  • £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Job Description:
You love tech and ’get’ retail.
You’re ready to take your career to the next level.
Then read on.
What will you be doing?
You will be the face of your brand, managing relationships with major retailers in the consumer electronics sector in key stores across your region.
You will bring your knowledge and personality to engage with people at the store level, so they know how to and want to sell the brand and create compelling, informative content to use in-person and virtually.
You will also operate at a senior level within the retailer and the brand, receiving support from a team of people who started where you are.

What’s in it for you?
You’ll receive a good salary, bonus and car or car allowance.
You will embark on an accredited sales development program that will equip you with the skills you need for this job. And prepare you for the one after.
And you will be joining a ’wellness workplace’ where your mental and physical health is the priority, and an Employee Ownership Trust, where every voice matters.

About you.
You will have retail sales experience, probably gained in consumer electronics/tech, and be able to demonstrate an understanding of shopper behaviour.
You’ll probably also have some management experience - you’ll be able to demonstrate that you know how to train and coach within retail.
You’ll also have a natural interest - or passion! - for technology, which you’ll be able to communicate to fellow ’techies’ and those less knowledgeable.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
