The Liberty Project is recruiting a Specialist Support Worker to join our team based in Plymouth. This role is based within our safehouses & in the community. It offers a unique opportunity to work directly with survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking, supporting them to rebuild their lives and move towards independence, safety, and long-term recovery.

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will:
*Provide trauma-informed, survivor-centred support
*Build trusting relationships that empower survivors to make informed choices and regain independence
*Support individuals to move forward into safe, stable, and abuse-free lives
*Contribute to specialist anti-slavery work delivered on behalf of the Home Office

Key details
*On-call: Participation in an on-call rota (paid in addition to salary)
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
