Job Description:
We are working exclusively with a growing, values-led accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Senior Accountant. This is a new and exciting role created to support the practice’s continued growth and to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role is ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to step into a broader, people- and operations-focused position.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the practice, working closely with the partners to support the team, manage workflow, and help shape the future of the business. You will support staff in managing their portfolios, ensure client work is delivered seamlessly, and provide trusted input to the partners to improve efficiency and growth. Your ideas and experience will be welcomed and have a genuine impact on how the practice develops.

What is required?*You will have solid experience within an accountancy practice, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
*You will be confident in supporting and developing team members, helping them manage their workloads effectively.
*You will be proactive, organised, and able to bring structure and clarity to a busy environment.
*You will be approachable, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
