Job Description:
A brand-new venue launching in May 2025 in SE17 is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join its opening team. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about great drinks, outstanding service, and being part of an exciting new concept from day one.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Possess strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and draft beers
• Be confident in crafting and presenting drinks to a consistently high standard
• Show enthusiasm for learning and bringing creative ideas to the bar offering
• Be reliable, professional, and committed to developing within a long-term role
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Have previous bar experience and relevant qualifications
• Be available for full-time or part-time work, including evenings and weekends
• Have an interest in premium experiences, with the opportunity to gain cigar knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve drinks to the venue’s quality and specification standards
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
• Support stock management, including rotation and accepting deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist the Bar Manager and collaborate with the wider team as needed
• Contribute creative ideas for new drinks, cocktails, and specials to enhance the menu
