Executive Assistant
Location: Kidlington
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are supporting a fast-growing organisation in the search for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to two senior leaders. This confidential role sits at the heart of the business and requires someone proactive, adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and work closely with the wider Administration team. Discretion, strong communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings
*Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics
*Prepare agendas, take minutes and support meeting setup
*Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
*Maintain organised and secure documents
*Support admin team tasks including reception cover, events and ad-hoc projects
*Handle confidential information with full discretion
Skills & Experience:
*Proven EA/PA experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication
*High level of confidentiality and professionalism
*Confident using Microsoft Office
*Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to plan events at short notice
*Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be office-present when required
