We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery of large-scale property improvement and maintenance programmes. The role oversees multi-site operational teams delivering planned works, building upgrades and compliance-driven projects across a diverse residential portfolio.

You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, managing risk, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This includes resolving day-to-day operational issues, ensuring programmes run to time and budget, and embedding a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in managing complex, high-volume property services environments—ideally involving occupied homes, planned maintenance, building improvement works or other regulated residential settings.
