About the Role
A specialist school in West Molesey is urgently seeking a committed Teacher to join their team. This provision supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), as well as autism and ADHD. The school takes a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach with small class sizes and a focus on building relationships and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver differentiated lessons across the curriculum

* Support pupils working below age-related expectations

* Create a calm, structured, and nurturing classroom environment

* Build positive relationships to support emotional regulation and learning

* Work alongside teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff

* Adapt teaching to meet individual learning and wellbeing needs

Ideal candidates will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

* Have experience in primary or secondary teaching (SEMH or SEND experience desirable)

* Demonstrate strong behaviour management using a relational approach

* Be patient, resilient, and adaptable

* Be committed to inclusive, trauma-informed practice
