Job Title: CNC Miller (Programmer, however strong CNC Setters would be considered)
Location:Byfleet
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
? Develop, test, and optimise CNC programmes for milling machines
? Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate programme creation.
? Set up CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures, ensuring proper calibration and safety compliance.
? Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to programmes or machine settings.
? Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
? Maintain detailed records of programme versions, modifications, and machine performance data.
Qualifications
? Proven experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment.
? Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
? CNC Milling (3-Axis)
? Programming, setting, and operating ( May consider skilled Setter Operators)
? Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerances
? Experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks and familiarity with CAM software is advantageous
? Positive attitude with a focus on safety, reliability, and organisation
? Good organisational skills with attention to detail and safety standards. This role provides an engaging environment for individuals eager to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while contributing to high-quality production outputs.
