Property Manager – South Region
Permanent | Largely Remote | Milton Keynes Base with Regional Travel
Looking to take the next step in your property management career?
We’re recruiting a Property Manager to take full ownership of a residential portfolio across the South region. This is a progressive role offering autonomy, client exposure, and long-term career development within a growing property business.
Ideal location: Milton Keynes – central for travel across the region.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own portfolio of residential developments
*Setting and controlling service charge budgets
*Leading contractor procurement and overseeing works
*Ensuring compliance with H&S and statutory obligations
*Chairing client and stakeholder meetings
*Supporting and guiding junior team members
What we’re looking for:
*Residential block property management experience
*Strong knowledge of compliance and service charge budgets
*Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
*Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable: Industry qualification (or working towards)
