Production Operative ( Days Shift ) Methwold, Norfolk
4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern – Days (06:00 – 18:00)
Salary: £28,087.68 per annum
The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food manufacturing site in Methwold, Norfolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative production team responsible for creating high-quality food products enjoyed by customers across the UK and beyond.
Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in operating production and packing lines, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities*Operate production and packing equipment in line with operational procedures

*Carry out basic problem solving and support continuous improvement activities
*Ensure products are packed correctly and meet specification requirements
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About YouWe’re looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and team-oriented, with a genuine interest in manufacturing and producing quality products.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing is desirable)
*Knowledge of health & safety practices such as manual handling
*Understanding of food safety standards or relevant qualifications (advantageous)
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
*An interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
