The RoleYou will work on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:
*Freehold & leasehold acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial leases (granting, renewing, terminating)
*Development site transactions
*Landlord & tenant matters
*Secured lending & property finance
*Supporting corporate transactions with a property element
You will have exposure to a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and occupiers, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and build a strong commercial property portfolio.
