This is a highly visible role combining strategic input with operational delivery. You will provide high-quality financial and decision support to senior leaders, helping to shape financial planning, improve processes and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities: *Provide financial and operational decision support to senior leadership.
*Analyse and interpret financial performance, clearly communicating insights and risks to stakeholders.
*Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
*Contribute to the development and improvement of financial strategy, policies, systems and reporting.
*Partner with management accounting and corporate reporting teams to ensure accurate and relevant financial information.
*Lead or support finance improvement initiatives and change programmes.
*Maintain and enhance financial administration solutions to positively impact business performance.
About You:
*CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or finalist.
*Experience working in a large and complex organisation.
*Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capability.
*Advanced IT skills, including working with complex datasets and reporting systems.
*Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
You will be resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in areas where solutions are not immediately obvious. This role requires independent judgement, influencing skills and the confidence to operate across diverse stakeholder groups.
