Guaranteed Pay Teaching Assistant - Sheffield / Chesterfield / South Yorkshire
We are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, working across a variety of primary schools in Sheffield, Chesterfield and the wider South Yorkshire area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys working in different school environments while benefiting from the security of a guaranteed income.
The Role

You will be working across a range of primary schools, supporting pupils and teachers in a variety of roles. This may include classroom support, small group interventions and working with pupils with additional needs.
You must be confident supporting across EYFS through to Year 6, including SEND support and intervention work.
Requirements
*A Teaching Assistant qualification (minimum Level 2, ideally Level 3)

*A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

*Availability for at least 3 days per week

*Flexibility to work across different year groups and school settings

*A positive, proactive attitude and strong classroom support skills

Compliance Requirements

All candidates must complete the full vetting process before commencing work. This includes:
*An enhanced DBS check

*Reference checks

*Completion of all required safeguarding and compliance documentation

Guaranteed Pay Scheme
Our Guaranteed Pay Scheme is extremely popular with our Teaching Assistants. Once enrolled, you will be guaranteed a set number of working days each week. If we are unable to find you work on an agreed day, you will still be paid.
This scheme offers the flexibility of supply work with the financial security of guaranteed income.
