Academics is currently recruiting for a committed French Teacher to join a supportive, high-performing secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from Easter (13th April) through to the end of the summer term, with the view to go permanent in September.
The Role:*Teach French across KS3-KS4
*Deliver engaging lessons that build confidence and communication skills
*Plan, mark and assess work in line with school expectations
*Promote positive behaviour and active participation
*Bring the language to life through conversation, culture and interactive learning
Applicant Requirements:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in French (or equivalent)
*Experience teaching French at secondary level
*Strong classroom management and an engaging teaching style
*Passion for languages and student progress
*Ability to inspire students of all abilities
*Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers
