Daytime Healthcare are working with an established homecare provider to recruit an administrator to join their friendly team.
You must be very fluent in English and have good IT skills to be considered. This position would be ideal for college or university leavers.
Monday - Friday (office hours)
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant – Homecare provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of homecare services. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining client records, handling communication between clients and caregivers, and supporting compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
*Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and caregivers
*Maintain accurate client and staff records (electronic and paper-based)
*File, scan, and update documentation in compliance with data protection regulations
*Prepare reports, letters, and basic correspondence
2. Scheduling & Coordination
*Assist in scheduling caregivers for client visits
*Update shift changes, cancellations, and replacements
*Communicate scheduling updates to staff and clients
*Monitor attendance and report discrepancies
3. Client & Staff Support
*Welcome visitors and assist with general inquiries
*Support onboarding paperwork for new caregivers
*Track mandatory training and compliance documentation
*Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
4. Compliance & Record Keeping
*Ensure documentation meets regulatory and company standards
*Assist with audits and inspections preparation
*Keep records up to date and organized
