Job Role: Client Relationship Executive
Location: Baildon, BD17
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pa, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am -5.15pm
Our client, a growing and dynamic company based in Baildon, is on the lookout for a Client Relationship Executive to join their thriving team due to growth. This is a pivotal role where you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, helping the business deliver exceptional service to customers and external sales teams across the globe.
As a Client Relationship Executive, you’ll be at the centre of operations handling customer queries, managing bookings and supporting smooth daily processes. You’ll work closely with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and other partners, ensuring accurate records and a seamless, professional client experience at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Be Doing as Client Relationship Executive:
*Respond to customer queries via phone and email with professionalism, efficiency and a friendly approach
*Monitor and manage the shared inbox to ensure no enquiry goes unanswered
*Accurately process and input customer bookings to maintain smooth operations
*Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
*Prepare, review and dispatch essential customer documentation
*Undertake research and networking to stay ahead of market trends and competitors
*Advise and guide clients, ensuring service levels meet and exceed expectations for quality, service and value
*Anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to support their goals
*Provide support to the team with administrative or ad hoc tasks as required
