Assistant Management Accountant
West End (Hybrid)
£40,000, package circa £50,000 with + Full Study Support
My client is seeking a commercially focused Assistant Management Accountant to join a Divisional Finance team in a hybrid role blending management accounting with data analytics and automation. Ideal for a part-qualified CIMA/ACCA candidate looking to accelerate their career in a highly commercial environment.
The Role
*Support month-end (reconciliations, journals, billing schedules)
*Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis
*Assist with forecasting
*Extract and analyse data using SQL and advanced Excel
*Develop Power BI dashboards and drive automation improvements
*Act as a key contact for finance and data queries
About You
*Part CIMA/ACCA qualified (or studying)
*Strong accounting fundamentals
*Must have SQL or any other coding language (eg Python) and Advanced Excel
*Analytical, proactive and confident communicating with stakeholders
Other details
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, one day WFH / week
