Working within a high-growth consumer facing-business, the Procurement Manager will report directly into the SLT and will assist in evolving the Procurement function from a transactional to a strategic, value-adding partner within the business. —improving inventory accuracy, developing people, strengthening supplier relationships and embedding new processes, governance and capability.



Your Remit
The Procurement Manager will
*Cleanse and optimise inventory and ERP data accuracy, using data to facilitate procurement efficiencies
*Coach, develop and mentor their team
*Assist in implementing robust supplier relationship management-, supplier due diligence- processes, KPIs and governance
*Support the team’s transition into category management
*Work and build relationships cross-functionally to resolve supply issues

About You
The ideal Procurement Manager will have/be:
*Proven direct/product procurement management experience essential
*Strong background in inventory management beneficial
*Experienced in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
*Experience coaching, managing and developing junior procurement staff
*Comfortable working in a rapid growth environment —calm under pressure
*People-focused, strong stakeholder engagement skills
*Able to work full time on site
