Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hebburn (Onsite)
Lead marketing activity while supporting the full bid lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing campaigns and tender submissions align with business growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
*Manage brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
*Oversee digital marketing activity including website, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
*Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
*Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on ROI and pipeline contribution
*Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms
*Lead the end-to-end bid process alongside senior leadership, from opportunity identification through to submission
*Write, edit, and review persuasive tender responses
*Maintain bid libraries, case studies, and supporting documentation
*Support opportunity tracking and pipeline development
*Produce case studies demonstrating previous project success
*Align marketing campaigns with priority sectors and procurement frameworks
Experience*Experience working in a marketing role
*Experience supporting or managing bids and tenders
*Strong copywriting and editing skills
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
*Experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
