Purchase Ledger Clerk (Hybrid) – Chelmsford | Up to £30,000 | 12-Month FTC
Looking for a stable finance role with hybrid flexibility and hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable, month-end, and audit processes? Join our supportive finance team as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Your Role
*Process and register supplier invoices accurately
*Reconcile supplier accounts, including foreign currency
*Review statements and chase missing invoices
*Manage invoice approvals and resolve queries
*Support month-end reporting and year-end audits
*Run purchase ledger reports and highlight issues
*Collaborate with finance and operations teams
You’ll Bring
*Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
*Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
*Good Excel and finance system knowledge
*Confidence in communicating with suppliers
*Foreign currency experience is a bonus
