Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the food industry for a Sales Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses excellent organisational skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including processing orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining sales records.
*Support the sales team by managing schedules, creating reports, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
*Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective coordination.
*Use various software systems to enter data and maintain up-to-date information on sales metrics.
*Regularly engage with potential customers through telephone and email to facilitate sales processes and enhance customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in handling telephone and email communications.
*Proficiency in MS Office and experience .
*A valid driving licence is essential.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
