Private Client Legal Assistant
Bognor / Selsey
Immediate start
I am are currently seeking a proactive and organised Private Client Legal Assistant to join a friendly and professional team in either Bognor or Selsey.
This is an excellent opportunity to support experienced legal professionals while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of private client matters.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative and case support across private client work, including:
*Wills
*Probate and estate administration
*Trusts
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*General private client matters
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing and maintaining confidential client files accurately
*Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents
*Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, solicitors, and third parties
*Supporting fee earners with case progression
*Handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth department operations
About You
I am looking for someone who is:
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Professional and confident when communicating with clients
*Able to handle confidential information with discretion
*Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
*Ideally experienced in a legal support or administrative role (private client experience desirable but not essential)
