Job Description:
Showroom Sales Advisor
*Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus performance bonus potential of up to £6,200 (OTE £34,200)
*Location: Cheshire
*Job Type: Full-time
*5 days a week - with weekend work
Our client is a leading retailer of porcelain flooring. Excited to offer a new opportunity for a Showroom Sales Advisor in their Bury St Edmunds location. This role is perfect for a friendly and confident communicator who thrives in a customer service/sales environment and is capable of managing a fast-paced workload.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Work closely with the showroom team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
*Handle incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to our customer database.
*Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide outstanding aftersales service.
*Offer advice on suitability, sizing, and pricing while showcasing a natural flair for interiors.
*Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
*Arrange samples to be dispatched.
*Welcome customers to the showroom and build relationships with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received.
*Maintain a clean and tidy showroom environment.
*Provide drinks to customers during their appointments.
*Confirm showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with customers over the phone, via email, and in person.
*Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Proactive and reactive to customer needs.
*A natural flair for interiors and product presentation.
*Must have access to their own vehicle and hold a valid driving licence due to the location of the showroom.
