Experienced Recruitment Consultant
Stoke-on-Trent
Full-Time
We are growing and looking to bring experienced Recruitment Consultants into the business as we enter our next phase.
With our move to larger offices in Stoke-on-Trent in April 2026, this is an opportunity to join a business that is expanding with purpose and building the right team for the future.
This is not an environment built around unnecessary KPI’s. We believe experienced recruiters perform best when they are trusted to run their desk properly.
The culture is straightforward.
Expectations are high, standards matter and results count.
People here are given the autonomy to build their desk, develop long-term client relationships and operate like professionals.
Character matters just as much as performance. We want people who take pride in their work, back themselves and enjoy the challenge of building something properly.

We are ideally looking for consultants with experience in Construction or FM recruitment, but the right person is more important than the exact sector background.
