Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. You’ll support a variety of customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:*Acting as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
*Providing accurate information, guidance, and support to ensure a positive customer experience
*Logging and updating customer details, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
*Investigating and resolving issues, escalating where necessary
*Collaborating with internal teams to maintain smooth communication and service consistency
*Contributing to team targets and service-level objectives
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
*Confident IT skills, including CRM or customer management systems
*A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
