Job Description:
Service Care Solutions is working with a bustling local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy and collaborative legal team on a varied caseload of commercial and public sector contracts.
Role: Contracts Lawyer
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £60ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06 - £52.76ph
Location: Oxfordshire – hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle your own Commercial Contracts law caseload from start to completion.
*Supporting departments on service agreements, supplier contracts and partnership arrangements.
*Assisting with governance and contract management issues where required.
Key Requirements:
*3+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts law as a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX in England and Wales.
*Previous local government experience is highly desirable.
*Good working knowledge of public procurement framework.
Benefits:

*Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
