As a result, we are now looking for a driven sales professional to join the business and help us reach more companies that need this solution.
This role is about speaking with business owners and decision makers who are feeling the pressure of rising costs and helping them see a better way to scale their teams.
We need doers, not talkers. This role involves contacting cold businesses and converting them into clients.
We are looking for people who are up for the challenge and not afraid of hearing no.
This is a high-activity role. You will be expected to consistently prospect, contact new businesses and build your own pipeline.
You will be responsible for building relationships with new businesses, identifying where outsourcing can make a real difference and introducing them to the Freedom solution.
You will be sales focused and enjoy the challenge of winning new business.
You are self-motivated, resilient and comfortable with rejection, understanding that success in sales comes from persistence, consistency and activity.
This role requires direct sales experience. Please only apply if you have a proven background in a direct sales role and are confident speaking with business owners and decision makers.
