Ideal Candidate: Part-Qualified / Finalist (CIMA/ACCA)The Role We’re seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to support the finance function with high-quality reporting, analysis, and month-end responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities *Assist with monthly management accounts preparation
*Produce variance analysis and insightful commentary
*Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Provide analysis to support strategic decision-making
*Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
*Support continuous improvement of financial processes
About You *Part-qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA)
*Strong Excel and analytical skills
*Confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders
*Driven, eager to learn, and keen to progress
*Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
