About the Role:
As a Finance Assistant / Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Based in the UK, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks from invoicing and expense reporting to maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
*Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
*Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
*Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities.
*Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a finance or administrative role.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
