Monday to Friday: 08:00am - 17:00pm
My client (Prep School) is seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join their busy front office team. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of their welcoming and high-achieving independent school.
About the Role
You will:
*Manage reception, phones, emails and visitor sign-in.
*Support attendance processes, ParentMail, school post and daily office tasks.
*Assist with trips, clubs, first aid, school communications and record-keeping.
*Maintain medical, allergy and SIMS records and support event organisation.
*Work collaboratively with the Office Manager and wider school team.
About You
They’re looking for someone who is:
*Friendly, confident and calm under pressure.
*Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
*Experienced in administration (minimum two years).
*Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail.
*Discreet, professional and committed to safeguarding.
Experience in a school environment is a must! Additional experience with systems like SIMS, ParentMail or InVentry is an advantage.
