We are partnering with a leading European logistics organisation to recruit a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Shift Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader to join a fast-paced operation and play a key role in maintaining high service levels and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities *Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse activities during your shift
*Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives and supervisors
*Ensure operational targets are achieved across picking, packing, loading and dispatch
*Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and operational accuracy
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency
*Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
About You *Previous experience managing teams in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
*Strong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams under pressure
*Knowledge of warehouse systems, H&S standards, and KPI delivery
*A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills
*Flexibility to work shift patterns
