Contract: Fixed Term, 0.4 FTE
Working Days: Mondays & Tuesdays


A leading independent school in Essex is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Teacher of Art to join its thriving Art department on a part-time, fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and passionate teacher to contribute to a highly successful department with outstanding facilities and strong leadership support.


The Art department is a vibrant and highly valued part of school life, with a strong uptake of Art at GCSE, A Level and IB Diploma level. The department champions student-led enquiry, reflective practice and personalised creative pathways, helping students build both technical skill and cultural understanding.


Qualifications and Experience
*A relevant degree in Art or a related discipline
*PGCE (or equivalent)
*Experience teaching Art or working within an educational environment is desirable
*A strong personal artistic practice
