About the Role
My client is looking for an individual who can take ownership of the customer service function, lead a dedicated team, and play a key role in shaping their customer journey. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring customer care remains at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
*Leading, coaching and motivating a customer service team to deliver outstanding results
*Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the team handle enquiries efficiently and professionally
*Reviewing and enhancing processes to maximise service quality and customer satisfaction
*Monitoring KPIs and reporting performance trends to senior leadership
*Handling escalated issues with confidence, empathy and professionalism
*Collaborating across departments to strengthen communication and streamline customer touchpoints
*Championing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and excellence
