Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £49,043
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
A large industrial manufacturing business is currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join their established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment.
The Role
*Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site
*Provide first line breakdown support to minimise production downtime
*Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
*Assist with engineering reporting and fault analysis
*Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety and environmental standards
*Support the development of apprentices and junior team members
The Candidate
*Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
*Good understanding of electrical systems and plant equipment
*Able to work effectively within a shift-based engineering team
*Strong communication and organisational skills
