Job Description:
Office Executive
*Job Type: Full-time
*Location: West End, London
*Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
My client, a company specialising in Real Estate and Investments, is seeking an Office Executive to maintain a professional office environment, ensuring all staff and visitors experience a welcoming and efficiently managed space. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks.
This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Welcome external visitors, escort them to meeting rooms, and offer refreshments.
*Prepare and tidy meeting rooms before and after external meetings.
*Handle incoming calls on the main telephone line.
*Manage grocery and stationery orders, ensuring kitchen and meeting room fridges are stocked.
*Respond to general requests from staff, such as provision of lockers and lost access passes.
*Provide IT assistance, including troubleshooting desk connections and replacing hardware, with support from the IT Director.
*Liaise with suppliers regarding new contracts, repairs, orders, and updates.
*Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
*Handle monthly invoice sign-offs and sort and scan post to relevant parties.
*Manage expense claims.
*Maintain the stock room and stationery cupboards.
*Support office PAs and EAs in diary coordination, document filing, supplier relationships, minute taking, and other office management tasks.
*Assist HR & PR teams with tasks.
*Other adhoc duties as required.
