Teaching Assistant – Rugby

Candidate Requirements
*Classroom-based experience in a UK school
*Experience working with children (SEND experience desirable)
*Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3 preferred)
*Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
*Understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
