Sales Executive
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Base Salary | £50,000 – £60,000 OTE
Location: Crowborough
Full UK Driving Licence Required

Their clients include luxury hospitality brands, high-end events for brand promotions, and globally recognised businesses, and due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and personable Sales Development Executive to join their team.

This is not a typical desk-based sales role. The position offers a great mix of office-based work, networking, and industry events, giving you the chance to build genuine relationships with clients and become a key part of a growing outbound commercial team.
You’ll play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, opening doors with potential clients, and building the foundations for long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
*Research and approach potential clients within premium commercial sectors
*Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the business
*Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
*Develop and manage a pipeline of new business leads
*Work closely with the internal team to support the conversion of opportunities into long-term partnerships
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and naturally great with people. Someone who enjoys meeting new contacts, building relationships, and spotting opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation – ideal but not essential
*Ideally experience in a similar commercial, creative, or production-led industry
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Confidence attending events and engaging with potential clients
*A proactive and driven mindset
*Full UK driving licence (required for travel to meetings and networking events)
