Agency Social Worker – Safeguarding Locality Teams
Location: Worcester / Pershore, Worcestershire
Pay Rate: £28.55 per hour LTD (inclusive of holiday pay) or £21.43 per hour PAYE (exclusive of holiday pay)
We are currently seeking experienced Social Workers to join our Locality Safeguarding Teams in Worcestershire. only 1-2 days in the office per week.
In this role, you will hold a caseload of children subject to Child Protection Plans, pre-proceedings, and Care Proceedings, working closely with children and families through to either case closure or looked-after permanence.
Vacancies are available in the following teams:
*Worcester City & Malvern Team
*Evesham & Pershore Team
You will be joining a stable and committed service with supportive teams and managers, providing a collaborative environment focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
Working Arrangements:
The service works flexibly, with social workers typically spending one to two days per week in the office, based in either Worcester or Pershore Civic Centre, with the remainder of the week working flexibly.
Pay Rates:
