A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Longfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or ambitious professional looking to progress within a respected practice known for exceptional client service.
The Role
*Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
*Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction
*Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff
*Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities
*Providing cover for colleagues during absences
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends
About you
*Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications
*Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently
*Confident using case management systems and digital workflows
*Strong written and verbal communication with a client-care focus
*Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally
*Collaborative and supportive team player
