Job Description:
Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Multi-Modal Operator (Air & Sea) Import & Export Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Basildon.

Permanent, Full-time position (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm) with 1 hour for Lunch:
Free parking on site

Your responsibilities include:
*Handling various elements of X Trade movements (domestic and international) with a goal to take on and assist the X Trade / Multimodal team with trade movements. Aspects of the role will also focus on covering Sea Export Operations, Sea X-Trade Operations.
*Liaising with Overseas offices.
*Liaising with all suppliers.
*Liaising with Customs brokers to arrange import customs clearances.
*Liaising with our own and other 3rd party warehouses when required.
*Liaising with local transport companies to organise final end deliveries.
You will need:
*Confident and outgoing individual.
*Previous experience with Import customs entry and advantage. (tariff classification, duty calculations etc)
*Bill of Lading Experience.
*Professional and confident telephone manner.
*Customer service experience.
*Driver with own transport is desirable.
*UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
