A fast-growing FMCG business is seeking a Demand Planner to join its expanding UK team. You’ll play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, managing launches and promotions, and partnering with UK and global teams within a dynamic matrix structure.

Description
The Demand Planner role will report into the Demand Planning and be based in our clients modern central London offices. Key responsibilities will include:
*Preparing and support the local S&OP process with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams following the monthly cadence.
*Preparing and communicating final forecasts by products to supply teams.
*Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing with regards to Planning and Forecasting
*Synchronise commercial plans with demand plans.
*Proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments.
*Provide and analyse monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, bias.
Profile
The successful Demand Planner will be able to commute into central London 3 days PW and be able to demonstrate the following experience:
*Current experience within a demand planning role.
*Experience in food, drink, health and beauty or pharmaceutical industry sectors would be desirable
*Strong Excel skills and strong understanding of forecasting processes
*Experience of Futurmaster would be advantageous.
*Comfortable working within a global/matrix environment
*Strong communicator with a collaborative, detail-focused approach
Job Offer
*£45,000-£48,000 base salary
