Contract Administrator - Temporary
Location: Nottingham (NG13)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 - Similiar experience in dealing with tenants and landlords previously would qualify for the higher sslary bracket.
Start: Immediately required
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next long-term opportunity? We’re supporting a highly reputable global organisation in their search for a Contract Administrator to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-perm role, ideal for someone who is available immediately and keen to join a business where they can truly make an impact.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of a busy operational function, providing essential administrative and coordination support to Contract Managers, Project Coordinators and onsite teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring all enquiries are actioned promptly
- Updating internal systems and client portals
- Coordinating access and appointments with tenants, clients and site teams
- Preparing documentation including letters, O&M manuals and compliance paperwork
- Processing purchase orders and maintaining records
- Answering incoming calls and delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting report generation and daily task management
About You
- Confident in administration with fast-paced environment experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator, builds relationships easily
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; portals experience beneficial
- Team player with positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Dependable, proactive and motivated to learn
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable administration experience
- GCSEs / A-Levels or equivalent
- Business Admin NVQ desirable
