As a Factory Operative, your key responsibilities will include operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities *Operate production machinery in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
*Assemble products with precision and efficiency according to specifications.
*Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet quality standards.
*Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
*Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedules.
*Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
*Participate in training and onboarding of new team members as required.
Requirements
*Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
*Ability to safely operate machinery and tools.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
*Effective communication skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team.
*Willingness to be flexible with shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
*Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
*Overall understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting is a plus.

*Temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay increase after 3 months
*Full-time hours, Monday to Thursday 6am - 4.30pm
