Job Description:
Purchase Ledger Manager | 3 month temp role (could go temp to perm) | Real Estate | London | Day rate dependent on experience but around £200 per day


I’m working with a property group who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Manager to join our finance team.


Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the purchase ledger function within a small, collaborative team in a fast-paced property environment.


Key Responsibilities
*Manage the end-to-end purchase ledger across the group
*Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring PO matching and accurate coding
*Monitor aged creditors and prepare payment runs (BACS, priority payments, cheques)
*Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
*Support CIS deductions, staff expenses and supplier account setup
*Supervise an Accounts Assistant


Skills needed:
*5+ years’ experience in Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable
*Property sector experience desirable but not essential
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident liaising with suppliers and internal teams
*Experience with accounting systems
*Available to start within a couple of weeks.
