Job Description:
RG Consultancy are working with a well-established SME based in Middlewich who are recruiting for Finance Manager to join a small team. This role is a hands-on finance manager role to oversee the full finance function for the business.

Role Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
*Prepare monthly management accounts and provide financial analysis
*Support senior leadership with insights to aid strategic decision making
*Monitor cashflow and maintain strong financial controls
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards
*Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting where needed
*Work closely with internal teams to support commercial performance
*Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors and advisors
*Support and develop a member of the finance team
Person Specification
*Strong experience in a financial and accounting role within an SME
*Experience working within an accounts management role
*Previous experience within a construction or manufacturing experience
*A professional accounting qualification CIMA/ACCA/ACA would be an advantage but not essential for this role
*Strong systems IT experience, SAGE would be preferable
