Description
*Lead, inspire & develop the Procurement team
*Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive terms
*Drive the procurement strategy to support growth and efficiency
*Ensure reliable supply, quality standards & on-time delivery
*Improve processes, systems, and cost performance
*Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance & Warehouse teams
*Use data to shape decisions and support continuous improvement
Profile
*Senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience
*Strong negotiation and commercial skills
*Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
*Confident with ERP/MRP systems and data-led planning
*Understanding of logistics & quality standards (e.g., ISO)
*CIPS or related degree (preferred)
